
Sharlene Diamond is the Associate Director of the CCIF.
In this role, she maintains key relationships with campuses and community-based organizations who have received College Completion Innovation Fund awards, in order to facilitate the implementation of their respective projects.
Previously, Sharlene was the Career Exploration Director in the high school portfolio at St. Nicks Alliance. There, she helped to design and implement the first Teen Programming Career Center that provided college access and career exploration support to participants. In addition to managing the center, she coordinated many enrichment events to support student development.
Sharlene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Masters of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
