The College Completion Innovation Fund (CCIF) is a collaborative fund developed and managed by Graduate NYC, established in 2015 to spur innovation and the adoption of policies and practices to increase college degree completion in New York City.

The CCIF has invested more than $5 million to support projects that aim to significantly improve student completion outcomes. These awards have been made to New York City-based undergraduate colleges and nonprofit community-based organizations (CBOs). A majority of the students served by these projects are low-income students, first-generation college students, students of color, and others who are traditionally underrepresented among college degree holders.
